WasteVista is the portal through which the contractor tells the contracting authority how the contract is going: where work happens, the status of each site, what was removed and where it went, with which vehicles, people and documents. No email threads, no spreadsheets to rebuild.

Who it's for
Three points of view on the same work. The authority watches and asks, the contractor does, the crews record.
Contracting authority
Follows the contract in real time, site by site: status, photos, quantities delivered, waste destination, documents. Asks for clarifications in the portal and gets a tracked answer.
Field crews
Coordinators, team leaders and drivers record the working day from their phone: photos, trips, reports. The app also works where there is no signal.

What it does
One module for everything that needs following in a waste removal contract.
Sites and statuses
Each location is a site with position, lot, photos and history. Nine internal statuses for the contractor, four plain statuses for the authority: to verify, to assign, in progress, completed.
Deliveries and waste forms
The waste form is the truth on EWC code, quantity and destination. Each delivery carries the RENTRI identifier, the producer or holder, the vehicle, the driver and the facility. List and calendar views.
Documents in eight sections
Contract, characterisations, permits, waste forms, minutes, photos, communications and reports, ordered by site and section. Downloadable one by one or as an archive.
Communications with receipts
Requests, answers and reports stay in the portal, tied to the site. Every reading by the authority leaves a receipt: who opened what, and when.
Vehicles and people
Registers of vehicles with plates and permits, of people with roles and qualifications, of consortium partners. Always linked to deliveries and site days.
Map with aerial imagery and cadastre
All sites on a map, by status and lot. OpenStreetMap, aerial imagery and cadastral parcels from the Italian Revenue Agency, to recognise a site before going there.
Statistics and reports
Quantities by EWC code, lot, facility and period. Periodic reports for the authority generated from the data, exportable to Excel and PDF.
Field app
From the phone: the working day, geotagged photos, trips and reports of new sites. The site sign carries a QR code that opens the site's public page.

Everything is tied to a site: photos, deliveries, documents, communications. You always start from there.

Nothing is deleted
A wrong record is voided with a reason, it does not disappear. The history stays readable.

Every record has an origin and an author
Typed in, imported from a management system, sent from the field app: the portal always says which.

Every opening leaves a receipt
Who saw a document or a communication, and when, is recorded. Downloads included.

Transparency towards the contracting authority
The authority does not need to learn the contractor's job: it sees four clear statuses and finds answers to its questions in the portal.

Each site has a QR code on its sign: it opens a public page with the site status, no login needed.

Security and data
One portal, several organisations, each with its own data.
- Access by invitation of your organisation only, with two-factor authentication.
- Each organisation sees only its own contracts: the separation is in the data, not just on screen.
- Complete log of who did what and when, available to the administrator.
- Data and documents stored in Europe, with daily backups.
- Distinct roles for management, waste form office, coordinators, drivers, partners, laboratories and the contracting authority.

Who makes it
WasteVista is a product of Gruppo Cipriano, born from direct experience in public contracts for the removal of abandoned waste. It is licensed to contractors who want to make their work readable to those who commissioned it.
