Cookie notice
Last updated: October 2026
Cookies are small text files that websites store in the browser to recognise a visitor or remember preferences. This page describes how wastevista.it uses them.
Cookies used by this site
The site sets cookies only with the visitor’s consent, for visit statistics with Google Analytics 4. Without consent no cookie is set. To remember the choice, the site stores a technical record in the browser (localStorage) with the answer and the date: it holds no personal information and is sent to no one.
Google Analytics
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Cookies: _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_3Q8JGDLEQ4, which keeps the session state; maximum duration two years. Purpose: counting visits and page views, in aggregate form. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google adheres. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Consent and withdrawal
On the first visit a banner asks whether to accept or reject statistics; both buttons carry the same weight. The choice lasts six months, then it is asked again. It can be changed at any time from Cookie preferences, also available at the bottom of every page. On withdrawal the site stops sending data and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Third-party services
Fonts and the demo portal screens are served from the site’s own domain. The browser contacts external services in two cases only: Google Analytics, after consent, and the voluntary submission of the contact form, handled by a Group system as described in the privacy notice.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies for any site from your browser settings (“Privacy and security” or similar). Blocking them does not prevent the use of this site.
Changes
Should the site introduce other tools that use cookies, this page and the privacy notice will be updated before activation.
